Abstract:
After the difficult acquisition of internal autonomy against the colonial forces and economical cultural and human damages suffered, many African young states continue to be under the control of occidental states. With globalization, some other emergent free states who courageously stood out with a new ideology (China, India, Brazil), will inspire many African leaders think about their situation. Among these leaders who denounce slavery cooperation between the underdeveloped countries and occident, Paul BIYA will distinguish himself. Considered as an elder and one of the oldest Head of state still in action, the Cameroonian Head of state has been nominated by his peers as spokesman many times at the occasion of several encounters between African countries and occidental leaders. During those official out comings, the Cameroonian president does not miss the opportunity to denounce the imperialist cooperation trends still governing cooperation between Africa and occident, the violation of African leader’s rights and autonomy, the destruction of landscape and the pollution of environment. That is the summary of the present argumentation whose analysis focuses on the content of some interviews of the Cameroonian Head of state, at the occasion of some international official visits in Cameroon or abroad. The analysis is done in the prism of the revolutionary intellectual1 and the behavioral paradigms.
